The Role: Talent Attraction Specialist
As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition engine. You'll work closely with international recruitment teams to identify, attract, and engage the best talent across Europe, specifically supporting the Belgium and Netherlands markets. You will be responsible for delivering top-tier profiles that align with both skill requirements and company culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Pipeline Management: Proactively build and manage strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across various roles for the Benelux region.
Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with our internal recruitment specialists across Belgium and the Netherlands to understand unique market needs and align sourcing strategies.
