As part of a quality and engineering organization for electronic components, you will help develop efficient solutions for project controlling, data preparation, reporting and stakeholder support in an international Bosch environment. ? You set up and maintain projects and budgets in a project-management financing system with internal customers and Bosch production plants. ? You support project setup in cooperation with Business Unit Key Accounts and act as first point of contact for internal customers regarding budget, billing and time-reporting topics. ? You ensure reliable project data by extracting, evaluating and preparing data from internal data sources, including hourly-rate data, master data and cost data. ? You perform data-quality and plausibility checks, identify optimization potential and contribute to the standardization of reporting, budgeting and data-flow concepts. ? You act as key user for the project-management financing system, participate in key-user meetings, transfer relevant information to the organization. ? You track and validate time reporting, support follow-up of non-billable hours including post-booking, conduct monthly mass uploads and contribute to yearly business-planning activities such as allocation-key data preparation, allocation-key maintenance and template creation. ? You conduct user trainings for employees, for example on time reporting, and support special evaluations and complex data analyses, including quality-related topics.
