Job Description

To support this mission, Syngenta's Hiring Team is seeking a Hybrid Fleet Operations Manager , in Budapest, Hungary.
Purpose
The Fleet Operations Manager (FOM) aims to provide operational and to some extend strategic leadership for Syngenta's vision and goals for the whole area of fleet operations. The role covers all Syngenta fleet operations and a wide range of responsibilities such as but not limited to supply chain performance & vendor management, budget management, invoicing, PO Management, capital expenditures, compliance, data management and reporting.
In conjunction with Indirect Procurement, business functions leaders, fleet suppliers, at site(s) and/or country(es) level, the FOM drives the implementation and good execution of the agreed company fleet strategy and operational excellence.
The FOM works closely together, in a collaborative and open-minded spirit, with the fleet suppliers in his/her geography of accountability, to continuously identify improvements to the service provide
