The opportunity We are offering a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our immigration services team as a Junior Immigration Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to the successful coordination and delivery of immigration-related services to our multinational client base.
Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will support foreign nationals and corporate clients in navigating complex immigration procedures, while gaining valuable insight into cross-border mobility and compliance frameworks. This position provides a solid foundation for a career within a globally recognized, professional services firm.
Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
Oversee Immigration programs and assist foreign nationals with immigration procedures;
Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
Coordinate the ongoing cases (e.g. communication with the individuals, employers and authorities as well);
Participate in various ad hoc projects;
Consult with Clients in order to provide Immigration advice and case assessments;
Assist Clients personally at the authorities;
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience with expatriate relocation coordination
Fluent in Hungarian and English (German or other language knowledge is an advantage)
University/college degree
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good knowledge of Office products (Ms Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
