Részletek...We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (Assistant Vice President) to join our Institutional Credit Management Change Management & Enablement team, supporting the critical Helios execution program. Helios is an end-to-end credit management platform predominantly utilized by Underwriting for comprehensive credit analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a strategic program, working across multiple teams, and influencing both vertical execution pillars and broader strategic initiatives. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving program direction and execution, requiring strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex business and technological landscapes. This position has the opportunity to significantly impact the overall performance and effectiveness of our Institutional Credit Management Change Management & Enablement Programme. Key Responsibilities: * Project Execution: Project manage within large-scale projects, focusing on Helios vertical execution, strategic initiatives * Goal Ownership & Delivery: Own project goals and drive the successful delivery of business outcomes for assigned workstreams and the wider program. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Underwriting, Product Development, Technology, and Project Support teams to define project scope, objectives, and desired business outcomes. * PMO & Planning: Utilize best practice PMO methodologies to support and develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and critical paths, ensuring delivery within approved budgets. * Reporting & Transparency: Drive the creation and maintenance of clear, concise project status reports for stakeholders, providing transparency on progress against desired outcomes and goals. * Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks for assigned workstreams, addressing potential problems before they impact delivery. * Problem Solving: Artic...
