Job Description
As Team Manager Manufacturing Processes & Equipment Development - Mixing & Preparation (m/f/diverse) , you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the development, specification and implementation, as well as the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment for rubber mixing and material preparation , including weighing and dosing, milling, extrusion, calendaring, and material handling, for ContiTech's diverse product groups Conveying Solutions, Fluid Handling Solutions, Dynamic & Suspension Solutions (Air Springs), Power Transmission Solutions, and Surface Solutions, with a particular focus on Compound manufacturing for production sites worldwide.
