Your role in our team:
Designing subassemblies and components for grain harvester headers
Developing detailed designs considering performance, cost, and durability factors
Performing engineering analyses of the designs
Creating CAD models, drawings, and documentation per CLAAS standards
Managing and reducing design-related risks
Designing prototypes and supporting manufacturing and testing activities
Preparing for and assisting with pilot and full-scale production launches
Driving continuous product improvements
Supporting project planning and working collaboratively as a team member
Your profile:
Degree in mechanical engineering
Good English communication skills
CAD software expertise and MS Office
A proactive, system- and project-focused approach
Additional assets:
Degree in agricultural mechanical engineering
Knowledge of CATIA software
3 years of product design experience (preferred, but newly graduated engineers are welcome!)
