Job Description
Recruitment at Syngenta isn't about filling roles -- it's about true, end-to-end talent partnering that adds real value to the business. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional recruitment experiences across our organization with a focus on our German-speaking (DACH) region.
Based in Budapest and part of a diverse, high-performing Global and European Talent Acquisition team, you'll work in an empowered environment where you can shape talent strategy and make a genuine impact. Working with colleagues from around the world in our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll be an advisor to the business, leading the recruitment processes, while leveraging modern recruitment technologies and methodologies.
Accountabilities:
Partner and advise hiring managers and HR Business Partners -- understanding recruitment needs, challenging and guiding decisions, and developing effective strategies for complex hiring.
Build trust with senior stakeholders, meeting regularly to strengthen relationships, present hiring data and market intelligence, build your business acumen, and align priorities to influence decisions.
