The Digital/SEO/SEA & AI Specialist - EU is responsible for online channel activation, optimizing operational excellence, customer facing experience, marketing activation and cross functional alignment, on a global scale. This role ensures that Dana's products and solutions are visible across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms - driving scalable digital growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
o Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility and rankings
o Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
o Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent and brand voice.
o Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
o Collaborate with developers and marketers to improve technical SEO, site performance, and user experience.
o Implement automation and AI-driven processes to increase efficiency and scalability
o Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI developments, ensuring compliance and best practices
o Conduct keyword, trend, and competitor analysis
Education and Qualifications
o Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience
o 3-5 years' experience in project management in a manufacturing distribution environment
o Proven experience in SEO/SEA and digital marketing (tools such as: Google Analytics)
o Experience with SAP, eCommerce ops excellence, customer facing marketing and Microsoft products
