The Aftermarket Trainer is responsible for delivers training directly in the operational environment (e.g., workshops, service centers, customer sites, or sales locations). The role focuses on practical, on-the-job learning and performance improvement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery (On-Site)
o Conduct training sessions in real work environments
o Demonstrate tools, equipment, processes, or systems
o Provide step-by-step, hands-on instruction
2. Practical Skill Development
o Coach trainees while they perform actual tasks
o Ensure trainees can apply knowledge in real situations
o Bridge the gap between theory and practice
3. Customer & Partner Support
o Train customers, dealers, or service partners
o Ensure correct product usage, maintenance, or repair
o Support onboarding of new partners or technicians
4. Troubleshooting & Technical Guidance (hot line)
o Assist field teams with complex issues
o Provide immediate support during critical situations
o Share best practices based on real-world experience
o Operate the technical hotline
5. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
o Collect feedback from trainees and field teams
o Identify skill gaps or recurring issues
o Recommend improvements to training programs and materials
6. Standardization & Quality Assurance
o Ensure procedures are followed correctly in the field
o Promote company standards, safety, and quality practices
o Align field execution with corporate guidelines
7. Reporting & Communication
o Report training activities and results
