We are looking for a dynamic AP Accountant to become a vital part of our vibrant Finance team, working in a hybrid setup in Budapest, Hungary. Join the energy and come, be part of the momentum! This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As an AP Accountant, you'll own invoice processing and vendor account reconciliations across our global and local operations, supporting month-end close, light office administration, and annual audits. You'll work closely with managers and accounting specialists across Singapore, Florida (USA), and Texas (USA), plus other finance leaders, giving you direct exposure to how a global finance function runs day to day. Our goal is to have a sophisticated team equipped with expert technical skills in addition to keen business acumen. Each member of our team adds unique value to the business and the customer. Insight on your impact: Review, seek approval, code and send all local vendor invoices for the Hungarian entity to our Hungarian third-party accounting firm for payment. Participate in the global processing of vendor invoices, including invoice entry, invoice payment, vendor reconciliations and communication with external vendors, internal buyers and internal sellers. You will be part of the teams located in Singapore and North America.
