What you'll build
The Academy for CPIT is a 12-month full-time paid rotational program with international virtual rotations, designed for high-performing graduates or young professionals with up to three years of work experience. As an early career talent, you will help in executing and rethinking internal processes, strategies, and systems - with AI at the center of how we work and what we build.
Our CPIT employees of the future blend deep expertise with advanced technical fluency and a strong AI adoption mindset. We don't just talk about AI - we use it every day to write better code faster, build smarter tools, and automate what used to take hours. Our rotational program welcomes candidates who are already comfortable working this way and eager to go further.
As an Associate in the Academy for CPIT, you will participate in three virtual rotations in different focus areas, such as:
AI, Platforms & Data : this unit is leading SAP's Enterprise AI and Data mission, strongly supported by Northstar Enterprise Architecture and platform capabilities, and supports SAP's AI-first strategy and technology foundations.
Corporate Functions & Analytics: supports SA
