o Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
o Manage dependencies with parallel programs (e.g., BSS Transformation)
o Acceptance governance: define and track acceptance criteria, sign-offs, review cycles, and monthly backlog commitments with vendors
o Vendor control: ensure clear ownership, dependency mapping, evidence-based progress tracking, and timely escalation across multiple vendors and internal teams.
o Prepare and present clear, data-driven updates to senior management
o Ensure hybrid project management discipline and maintain project documentation (Jira, Confluence)
Requirements
o 5 years of experience in complex IT/Data platform projects
o Strong knowledge of DWH/DLH concepts and AWS cloud technologies
o Ability to challenge key DLH delivery topics - from ingestion and data layers to governance, MLOps, knowledge graph, testing, and semantic-layer readiness - without acting as a solution architect.
o Proficiency in hybrid PM methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
o Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
o Cross cultural experiences
o Strategic mindset with the ability to manage inter-program dependencies
PREFERRED:
o Experience in the telecommunications industry
o Background in international and multi-vendor project environments
