Within our organization we develop power electronics for the e-mobility solutions of Bosch. With the help of Si, SiC, GaN semiconductor technologies our power modules enable the Bosch inverters/converters to be efficient and reliable. In our team you can directly contribute to a greener future with the increased power and fun of e-mobility. Your contribution to something big: ? As developer responsible for power semiconductors modules, based on MOSFET, IGBT or SiC Technology ? Ensure electrical performance of power components from 100W up to 200kW for automotive applications such as power modules for (hybrid) electric cars ? Responsible for electrical (static & dynamic) and thermal (Zth) characterization of the power modules ? Provide development reports and power module date sheets based on the characterization results ? Responsible for measurement automation and methodology
