Job Description
As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the management and optimization of commercial real estate assets across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will support portfolio-related decision-making through market analysis, transaction management and close collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to the alignment of real estate activities with business and investment objectives.
Your tasks:
? Managing the acquisition, disposal and strategic development of commercial real estate assets across the CEE region
? Supporting portfolio optimization through market analysis and performance evaluation
? Conducting real estate valuations and financial assessments to support investment decisions
? Managing property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations
? Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, risks and market trends
? Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align real estate activities with business objectives
? Supporting the development and execution of regional real estate strategies
? Maintaining strong relationships with external partners, consultants and service providers
? Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and governance requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
? Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a relate
