We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Account Management Team Lead who will take full ownership of a portfolio and a team, driving both partner growth and team excellence.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership - you won't just manage people, you will shape how we grow our business. What you will do:
Team leadership & performance
Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers
Set clear targets and ensure consistent delivery against KPIs
Actively monitor performance and intervene when needed
Build a high-performance, ownership-driven team culture
Business ownership
Drive revenue growth across your portfolio (VFD, NCR, campaigns)
Translate company strategy into actionable team and partner plans
Own monthly and quarterly sales planning and execution
Partner & market development
Manage key strategic partners and restaurant chains
Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, define action plans
Execution excellence
Ensure strong operational discipline and process adherence
Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across your area
Qualifications
