Részletek...This is what you are going to do! As Service & Support Engineer you are responsible for start-up, maintenance (including repair), modifications, enhancements, extensions, upgrades of equipment (hardware & system software) of different type of Control Systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, Safety Systems, etc.), within the agreed timeframe, requirements and performance. Your main responsibilities are: Create functional (high level) concept of small to medium (service) projects, system changes, additions, extensions, etc. in line with client's technical scope of work and ready for customer approval; Make detailed migration and installation plan; Modify and maintain (existing) system components; Perform periodic checks locally and remote; Execute/lead typical testing, internal testing, integration testing, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT); Support on-site activities during installation, System Start-up and commissioning; Create/Check documentation like FDS, Installation manuals, backup procedures and troubleshooting procedures; Preventive maintenance activities; Call handling; investigate causes of malfunction, corrective maintenance in hardware and system software; Standby support (24hrs/7days) for process control, safety, network security or SCADA systems; Maintain in-house test systems (hardware and system software); Basic design of Control System's topology and network; Train technical employees, either Yokogawa employees or customers; Technical sales support. We are looking for a colleague with: Technical education (at least Bachelor level), e.g. Information Technology, Electro technical Engineering, Process Automation etc. Previous experience (3 - 5 years) as a Service & Support Engineer in the industrial sector is considered an advantage
