About this role
We are seeking a German-Speaking Global IoT Service Expert to lead the IoT service relationship for Vodafone's largest IoT accounts. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, managing in-life IoT services, and providing governance over IoT operations such as incident, change, and problem management. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver market-leading service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
