Részletek...You will be an integral part of our product team, working every day to improve our product to fulfill our one and only mission of contributing to a zero-waste future by drastically reducing food-waste, fuel consumption, costs, and most importantly CO2 emissions in the airline industry. Join a product-led culture that ships a new version every week. As a Product Manager , you will report to our Product Manager Team Lead and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Design, and Product Delivery teams to create a high-value product that's both powerful and easy to use. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Product Designers and the Engineering team to translate product ideas into detailed requirements, specifications and prototypes. Participate in daily or weekly status updates to track team progress and assist the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams in testing and validating features before launch. Support the product launch process, by working with communication team to create product documentation and training materials and working with the customer success team to perform product demonstrations to customers. Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience. Engage directly with customers through online meetings and on-site visits to understand their journey and gather feedback. Conduct research through customer interactions, internal stakeholders, market studies, and competitor analysis to generate new product ideas. Drive product alignment, build understanding and motivate teams across the company. Collaborate with product marketing to define and evaluate communication plans, ensuring consistency with product strategy and effective messaging.
