Your Key Responsibilities As our Senior consultant , you will be an important part of our diversely talented, highly experienced VME team, and you will gain experience from working on a wide variety of assignments.
You will be responsible for participating and assisting in valuation and financial analyses applying valuation theories and approaches developing valuation and other business models
collaborating in the preparation of valuation reports for a variety of purposes such as financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation. analyzing and presenting complex financial information, including navigating financial models. maintaining communication with our clients
coordinating junior consultants on the projects Skills And Attributes For Success
Excellent analytical, project management, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills
Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines
To qualify for the role, you must have
College / University degree in the field of Finance, Accounting / Financial Mathematics
2-4 years of valuation and business modelling experience
Strong interest in valuation and due diligence
Deep understanding of finance and accounting
Financial modeling skills, including experience building models from scratch in MS Excel
