The Position The
People Support Solutions (PSS) department
brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.
The Opportunity:
As a
People Support Specialist - German speaking
, you will be the first point of contact for our "People Portal," providing essential P&C services to employees, managers, and retirees. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience by balancing customer inquiry resolution with technical lifecycle management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for P&C inquiries via chat, ticketing, and phone, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to retirement
Execute administrative activities and maintain system data for core business processes, including recruitment, compensation, and performance management
Deliver high-quality customer care by troubleshooting issues, managing service requests, and proactively anticipating stakeholder needs
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service interactions and collaborating with P&C Chapters to identify process pain points and knowledge gaps
Ensure operational excellence by meeting defined KPIs and SLAs while strictly complying with data privacy rules and global SHE guidelines
Maintain internal knowledge bases by staying up-to-date
