Részletek...Introduction This role encompasses various activities to ensure smooth, timely and accurate payroll operations, compliant with IBM regulations as well as local legal requirements. This involves working closely with IBM HR employees as well as members of other teams. Your Role And Responsibilities As a Payroll Professional: Delivery & Operations, you will utilize your knowledge of country-specific end-to-end payroll processes and activities to provide guidance and support on standard best practices. You will also identify opportunity areas for improvement and design new processes to improve results and increase productivity. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include Provide Process Guidance: Deliver guidance and support on standard best practices for payroll processes and activities, ensuring seamless execution and issue resolution.
Manage Issues and Escalations: Identify and address issues, escalating complex problems to senior teams and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
Improve Processes: Analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing new solutions to enhance productivity and results.
Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risk areas and develop mitigating activities to minimize deviations from standard processes and ensure compliance.
Vendor Management: Oversee payroll vendor management, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution where applicable. Required Technical And Professional Expertise Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration
