Position Overview For our office in Budapest, Hungary (9th District, Mill Park Office), we are looking for German & Dutch speaking Service Desk Representatives to join our IT support team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them with IT-related issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model. The service window operates 24/7.
